Videos that do not properly play on a user's machine will play after the user upgrades his video playback software and/or video codecs. 3. All orders are individually verified with the credit card processor BEFORE the download links are emailed to the customer.
4. The owner of the website may cancel an order at ANY TIME if credit card fraud is suspected and immediately refund the money back to the credit card used to complete the purchase.
5. The IP address of each purchaser is recorded at the time of purchase. The geolocation of the IP address must approximately match the billing or shipping address of the customer at the time of purchase. If the geolocation of the IP address does not match a physical address on file for the user further proof of identity may be requested by the owner of the website.
