If you are contacting us about a purchase or your video download links please be aware:

1. All orders are individually verified with the credit card processor BEFORE the download links are emailed to the customer.

2. Your order status will be set to PENDING while the purchase is being verified.

3. Your order status will be set to PROCESSING once the download links have been emailed to you.

4. You MUST set your email program or spam filter to accept email from the domain name 'amysdungeon.com'.

5. The email containing the download links always has the subject line "Downloads Access: " where the ORDER NUMBER is your store order number.

6. You have 5 days or 3 attempts after the download links email has been sent to complete your download. After this period you must email me at amyga19777@yahoo.com to reactivate your download links.

7. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ONCE A VIDEO IS DOWNLOADED OR AN ATTEMPT AT A DOWNLOAD HAS BEEN MADE.

8. If a video does not play properly on your computer please download one of the several free video players I have provided throughout the site. The GOM PLAYER for the PC and the VLC PLAYER for the MAC should play all the videos on this website without a problem.
